The last 2 and a half weeks have been the most worrying time. My darling mum was admitted to hospital after exhibiting some alarming symptoms. I rushed to their home to look after my dear dad who has been ill with dementia for a couple of years now.

With life turned up side down my work virtually ground to a halt. I’m grateful that I don’t have any other dependants so was able to be there for my parents at short notice. I apologise to anyone who tried to order any jewellery from my online shops recently. I had to close my shops whilst I didn’t know what was happening with my parents.

I’m pleased to report that my mum is now home, although on a tonne of medication and with more hospital tests in the pipeline. I’m hoping to be able to put aside a few days a week to make jewellery again.

My shop is now officially open again. Please note that jewellery orders will take a week to complete so allow extra time when you order.

hey little fighter, soon things will be brighter

I’ve been taking strength from the wonderful Karen Salmonsohn during this tough time (www.notsalmon.com)

Thanks for your patience and sorry for any inconvenience whilst my shop was closed.
